Biography
Kate Blee is a renowned textile artist who has exhibited worldwide and has worked with many architects and designers including Sir Michael Hopkins, Allies and Morrison, Paul Smith, Christopher Farr and Donna Karan. For the Artists' House Blee will use the bedroom as an environment for her textile explorations and pigment studies, she has work in many private and public collections including the Victoria and Albert Museum, Craft Council, London and The Contemporary Art Society. Kate Blee lectures at the Royal College of Art and has recently completed a large commission for NHS Trust Southmead Hospital in Bristol.
