About our Education Programme
The Roche Court Educational Trust is a growing educational resource, which is used by schools, colleges, universities and museum groups. We have committed, experienced staff that work closely with all visitors and provide guided tours and planned events to encourage and promote the art content in all departments of learning.

School and Group visits
We offer introductory tours of the Sculpture Park and current exhibitions for schools, colleges, universities and other interested groups. Designed to meet the specific needs and interests of individual groups they are appropriate for all ages and level of knowledge. All group visits must be booked in advance and a small charge is made per head.
Current Charges for 2009
£3.00 per head for students, £5.00 per head for adults for visits up to 2 1/2 hours
£5.00 per head for students, £8.00 per head for adults for visits up to 5 hours workshops included and picnic facilities

Arts Award
The New Art Centre at Roche Court is a registered Arts Award Centre offering Bronze/Silver advisor training for young people between the ages of 11 and 25. Educational Friends of The Roche Court Educational Trust
Our Educational Friends are invited to take part in a programme of artist-led events, teachers private views, pupils workshops, interactive seminars, conversations with artists and illustrated talks which have been led by exhibiting artists such as Edmund de Waal, Gavin Turk, David Nash, Michael Craig-Martin and Richard Long.

Careers seminars are planned periodically to prompt the value of art in education. There is also an annual schools competition designed to foster collaboration between different departments in schools.

Annual membership costs £35.00 and is open to all teachers, students, educational establishments and groups.

Friends of The Roche Court Educational Trust
The Friends generously support the work of The Roche Court Educational Trust in its role as a unique educational resource within the South of England where students can experience contemporary and modern art first hand. They also contribute to the expansion of the existing programme to cover a wider range of schools and pupils. Friends receive invitations to all the New Art Centre Private Views, priority booking for all special artist events and regular education newsletters.

Annula membership cost £40.00.
